What it’s like to work here
Walk in through the front door and be welcomed home. Our residents come and go throughout the day and weekend — Day Programs, Work Programs, visits with family and friends — and we support them, providing active treatment, so they can lead the most fulfilling lives possible.
The adults who live in our homes have a range of intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. Our homes are licensed by the California Department of Public Health as ICF/DD-N and ICF/DD-H. And one thing holds true everywhere: if our staff is having fun, then so are our residents.

Who we’re looking for
Applicants with experience supporting differently abled people — especially in a group home or residential setting — are highly desirable. But don’t let a lack of experience hold you back. We understand that with passion, drive, and a whole lot of heart, we can train you to become a fantastic member of our team.
