Availability changes often. Here’s a current snapshot of each home — call us for the latest openings and to start a conversation about a placement.
We currently have 2 openings between our facilities — please reach out!
Openings come up as residents transition to more independent living. Even when homes are full, we encourage families and case managers to connect with us through the North Bay Regional Center (NBRC) so we can plan ahead together. Referrals can be sent to Office@DuMolinHomes.com.

A moderately active home — housemates visit family on weekends and enjoy an easy pace during the week.
Currently full Danny’s Place
A nursing focused home, set back on a private drive, able to care for individuals with specific medical and nursing needs. Residents enjoy celebrating holidays and BBQing on weekends.
Currently full Redwood House
A nursing focused home on a scenic, rural road, able to care for individuals with specific medical and nursing needs. Housemates enjoy arts and crafts and relaxing on the back deck to the sounds of nature.
1 opening Velma House
A moderately active home — housemates enjoy the occasional outing with peers.
Suited to residents who do not have complex medical needs.

A very active home — outgoing housemates who love to host parties.

How admissions work
We take placement seriously — for everyone’s sake. Here’s the path from first inquiry to moving in.

Referral receipt
We receive the client referral from the North Bay Regional Center, detailing client information, history, and needs.

Referral review
We review the referral materials sent through NBRC to understand the client’s needs, and see if we are a good match.

Dinner visit
A relaxed dinner visit lets the prospective resident meet housemates and staff in the home.

Overnight stay
An overnight stay helps everyone make sure the home is the right place for the client to thrive.

Move-in
Once it’s a match, we finalize a move-in date and welcome the new resident home.

Most placements are coordinated through the North Bay Regional Center (NBRC), and we warmly welcome house tours. Tell us a little about your loved one and what you’re looking for, and we’ll guide you from there.
