Our Homes

A place to truly belong

Six licensed intermediate care facilities for up to 36 adults across Santa Rosa, California — each one a real home, some serving residents for more than 40 years.

Residential care, done right

Six homes, one standard of care

DuMolin Community Living operates six licensed care facilities serving adults with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities — together providing a home for up to 36 residents.

Our homes are licensed by the California Department of Public Health as ICF/DD-N (Intermediate Care Facility / Developmentally Disabled – Nursing) and ICF/DD-H (Habilitative). Each one sits in a real residential neighborhood in Santa Rosa — clean, comfortable, and woven into the everyday life of the community, with trained staff present around the clock.

  • Licensed ICF/DD-N & ICF/DD-H homes
  • Neighborhoods across Santa Rosa & Sonoma County
  • Referrals through the North Bay Regional Center (NBRC)
